The company rose to prominence by buying Alvarion's broadband wireless division in 2013 ($6M) and went public on the Tel Aviv exchange in 2017 ($121M revenue) before being fully acquired and delisted in August 2022 by Liquid Intelligent Technologies / Cassava Technologies ($58M) — the pan-African tech group of billionaire Strive Masiyiwa.
