In 1970, Joseph Huh, an immigrant from South Korea, moved to the United States with a dream. With a deep passion for seafood and cooking, Joseph founded Pacific American Fish Company (PAFCO) in 1977 with his two sons, Peter and Paul. While the business started by selling fish out of the back of a station wagon, PAFCO quickly grew to provide the highest quality, best priced and largest selection of seafood in Los Angeles. Over time, PAFCO expanded even further to offer additional services such as importing, exporting, processing, and distribution of seafood. ‍ Today, PAFCO has the most comprehensive line of fresh and frozen seafood products, carrying over 5,000 of the highest quality items from all over the world. Our state-of-the-art warehouse operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so that we can provide an unparalleled level of service and commitment.
